Add Session Forecast to Trend Report

Hello Team! It would be great to be able to analyze a Session forecast in the comparison data filed vs. Active/Actual results in the Trend Report. Many times, we update the forecast in the month for the month and would like to see variances vs those weekly updates.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the suggestion!  Just a few questions to make sure we understand what you're looking for.  Is there any reason why you couldn't view this information in each weekly forecast session?  For sessions that are in progress (in the month for the  month), you will always see the Active/Actuals data for historical days, and you can add in a comparison to 'Active' which will give you the last 'saved to active' data for future days.   Would this work or is there something in the Trend that makes this a preferred view?

I accidentally replied to the email, and not through this site..  What I’m really looking for is the past data and how it compares with how we actualized.  In the below example, you can see how the last submitted data sticks and we can compare actuals to our “monthly forecast” as the last submitted, but it’s also important for us to be able to compare last week’s update with actuals.  I would love for Submitted forecast to be able to show the variance, at least in one of the reports.  Also, many times in our reporting back to corporate or ownership,  it helps to be able to look back on the forecast progression for previous weeks.  I understand that it’s helpful to see the difference for the remainder of the month as shown below, but we can also drop the dates down if we just wanted to see that…
Also, I don't have access to idea's share for G3.  Is there a way to submit requests for that?
