The Rooms trend report shows the ADR excluding the complimentary/house-use rooms while in SAP BPC, the ADR includes the NRG rooms. Hence it would be ideal to show ADR in the trend report including NRG rooms to avoid confusion between RevPlan and SAP BPC.

Hello Shajit,
Happy to let you know that this is already possible in Rooms Trend.  Just select 'Occupied Metrics' from the Criteria Metrics Options, generate the report and you will see the Occupied ADR in the Total section.
