Currently Rooms active and Rooms Budget are the only two option available for template import to upload figures to Revplan. Would be great if we could add also F&B and Other Income.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for the suggestion.  We have considered this, but the templates would be huge, especially for F&B.  Instead, we have added a feature where you can edit the budget directly via the respective Trend Report.

Pia Nielsen hello, this is very helpful indeed, but the Active forecast remains uncovered. Is there anything planned in that regard? I believe that a streamlined template (per month or per outlet, maybe without meal periods) would still be very useful. Thanks!

Laura Sica Hi Laura, just to clarify - you're looking for a way to import the F&B forecast? Are you not using the sessions to prepare the F&B forecast? For quick entry, you can type the forecast figures into the F&B Consolidated and then Save to Active. Let me know if I misunderstood your question :)

Pia Nielsen Hi Pia, yes we do, same as for Rooms but in some cases like first load of following year (which eventually would become budget) would be good to also have the possibility to load active F&B forecast and later on only make adjustments with system recommendations for example.
