When extracting the rooms forecast, hotels don't want to see each individual segment, but rather the consolidated view of the segments instead. See attached screen shot. Currently they have to spend time adding grouping in excel in order to be able to share this report in meeting's/with key stakeholders for example and it is time consuming.
