Option of having Wine/ Beer/ Liquor to be based on percentage of Food Revenue, with options of selecting what meal periods to calculate this based on (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Overnight) - can do 1 or multiple.

Hello Alexander,
Thank you for your request.  Just want to get a little more information on what you're looking for.  Are you looking for this option in the banquet forecast or the outlet forecasts, or both?  We are looking at doing something similar for Rental & AV revenue in Banquet Forecasting using Auto Adjust.
