IDeaS RevPlan Enhancement Requests

Dear Team, In order to control the submission of the forecast, we have access to the date on which the forecast was submitted. It would be useful for us to also have the exact time HHMM. Indeed, as the data is extracted at fixed times (12pm & 8pm), it is important for us to understand if the submission took place before the extract or after the extract (in order to understand if it has been be correctly shared with external systems such as SAP BPC). Clients want to be able to compare what pick up has been in last 7/14/21 days etc to be able to see trends ad they don't want to have to run a separate (rooms trend) report to do this. Wish to have this as a an option under Display to show pick up in last X number of days

Currently we have to extract each month individually when forecasting which is not efficient, we need an option to export the forecast for Multiple months at a time not just full year.

Hello, Having an hotel under renovation is quite frustrating if you have every single day a different number of rooms out of order. Can you find a way to give us on the platform a blank template where we can fill the nr of OOO rooms per day and upload it directly in the system in one go?

Under Room Trend report, please add an option to exclude COMP/HU for both occupancy and ADR.

Hello, Would it be possible to save the draft submissions and for them to appear in the Trends report as part of Last Submitted forecast? This would help for hotels that need to work with several currencies: submitting a forecast in one currency in draft, and the official currency in the Final forecast. Also to keep track of all of them, especially for budget work. Thank you!

Criteria - no option for Occupancy %? Only Room nights.

Users have asked to have the Last submitted include the current month to be able to monitor the current month after submission of a rolling forecast.

It would be nice to know which segment that the groups in Tentative are in so that I know where they would fall if I choose to enter a T3.

In order to accurately forecast we require OTB STLY data to be available as a comparison option in the display of rooms forecasting, this is a crucial piece of data that is missing. STLY actuals is great but not as relevant STLY OTB. Can this please be added as a matter of urgency. As it impacts clients from using RevPlan for forecasting.
