IDeaS SmartSpace Enhancement Requests

Ability to look further out in the YoY Revenue Business Pace Report. Like the business pace pick up report with the functionality to change to select the start month. It would be helpful to be able to view the next financial year and how it paces vs. prior years by time stamp.

In the following tools please add 'Accommodation' to the Revenue Stream drop down filter list: Daily Demand by Revenue Enquiries by Revenue by Leadtime Enquiries by Month Year on Year view (when user clicks on the Revenue select option on that screen) Business Pace/Year on Year Revenue Business Pace /Business Pick Up. This will allow the user to filter on 'Accommodation' data for review. Major request from client Cameron House Hotel/Paul Sault

Can we create a critical booking report only for accommodation streamed by leisure only, Business group and M&E, business group only. Or add Accommodation to the revenue stream drop from where we will be able to pull only accommodation reports and check stats. Thank you.

It would be helpful to have an option to input overnight hold pricing, as well as setup (all day room hire), and evening pricing, as this is oftentimes different to daytime depending upon the room. Additionally, an option to add notes to the pricing strategies would be beneficial as there are always conditions. Ideally, if the admin could edit the way the pricing strategies are created & visible to the users, this would be most beneficial.

Can the Booked By in this report reflect the 'Owner' of the booking in Salesforce, not the person who originally created the booking. A booking can oftentimes be made by a coordinator & not the person trying to convert it.

Export to Excel functionality to be available to users in : Enquiries by Month Year on Year Summary, Enquiries by Month by Attendees, Enquiries by Month by Leadtime, Enquiries by Attendees by Leadtime, Enquiries by Revenue by Leadtime. (see also the request for same under the title of 'Data Tables available to export to excel in Conversion tools)

Performance - Space Utilisation. Ability to export data table to Excel, to be able to clearly view one weeks worth of data without scrolling along the bottom. Once exported, the columns could be reduced in width to review one weeks worth of data clearly.
